1. App use

• Fidel (ፊደል) provides an Amharic keyboard with on-device suggestions and related features.
• You may use the keyboard with or without “Allow Full Access.” Full Access enables features such as word suggestions and haptics; we do not use typed text to identify you or for advertising.
• You are responsible for the content you type and any messages you send using the keyboard.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

2. Purchases (Pro)

• Fidel Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
• You can restore purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.
• Pro access is tied to your Apple ID and available on devices linked to that account.

3. Privacy

• Fidel does not collect, store, or share your keystrokes.
• Learned words and suggestions stay on your device.
• Read our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

• Fidel and its content are owned by Tech Solutions ET or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

5. Availability and changes

• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted.

6. Disclaimers and liability

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
