Replify support

Refer to the following for common issues. If the problem persists, contact support by email and include your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.

API key not set

If the app shows “API key not set” when you tap Suggest replies, the app was not built with an API key. For the store build, the key is supplied at build time by the developer. If you are testing a development build, run the app with the key passed via dart define (see the app’s SETUP or README). End users of the store version do not need to enter a key.

Request failed or timeout

If suggestions do not load or you see a network error, check your internet connection and try again. The app will retry once automatically. If it still fails, try again later or contact support with your device and OS version.
