These Terms of Use govern your use of Replify: Quick Reply Suggestions (“Replify” or “the App”), made available by Tech Solutions ET. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Replify is a mobile application that suggests short, ready-to-send reply options based on a message you paste and a tone you select. The App sends the text and tone to a third-party AI service to generate two or three reply suggestions. You can copy a suggestion and paste it into any messaging app. The exact features may vary by platform and version. We do not store your messages on our servers.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use such apps) to use Replify. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms. Use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you downloaded it (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play).
Our collection and use of information in connection with Replify are described in our Privacy Policy. The message you paste and the selected tone are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate suggestions. We do not store your message content on our servers. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Replify, including its name, logo, design, and all content and materials therein, is owned by Tech Solutions ET or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.
We may update the App or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. The revised Terms are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Solutions ET disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that reply suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Solutions ET and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if the App was free, zero).
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or discontinue the App entirely, at any time without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, and Governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
