AI Keyboard - Scribe Privacy Policy
Effective March 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how AI Keyboard - Scribe, developed by Nova Technologies, handles user data and permissions.
What Scribe accesses
Scribe requires Full Access to connect to AI services over the internet. Full Access does not give Scribe access to passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive fields protected by iOS.
When text is sent
Your text is sent for AI processing only when you tap an action such as Improve, Professional, or Translate. Scribe does not read, record, or transmit text in the background.
Data storage
Text is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers. Your text is handled securely and is not retained after processing.
Account data
If you create an account, we store your email address for authentication purposes. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support.
Analytics
Scribe collects anonymous usage metrics (action counts, not text content) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.
