AI Keyboard - Scribe Support

Use this page to troubleshoot common issues and contact support.

Common issues

  • AI actions not responding: open the Scribe app to refresh your session, then try again.
  • Session or connection error: ensure Allow Full Access is enabled in keyboard settings.
  • Scribe keyboard not visible: add Scribe in Settings, then General, Keyboard, Keyboards.
  • Text not fully captured: place your cursor at the end of the text before switching to Scribe.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings, then your Apple ID, Subscriptions.
